When you tap a TV program, Ray sends your cable box a command for that program’s channel number. Some devices require a confirmation command such as "Enter" or "OK" after the channel digits, in order to change the channel. Ray can be set up to do this automatically each time it sends a channel number to your set-top box.
1. On Ray’s home screen, tap the Settings icon
2. Tap "Devices"
3. Tap "Cable Box"
4. Tap “Advanced Settings” (you may need to scroll down to find it).
5. Tap “Channel Settings”
6. Tap “Channel Changing”
7. Tap "Confirmation"
|8. Scroll through the list of buttons to find the confirmation command you use. Commonly used ones include “Cursor Enter”, "Enter" and “OK”.
When you find the correct button, tap on the name—a green checkmark appears to indicate that Ray will use that command after sending channel digits.
9. Ray will return you to the previous “Channel Changing” screen, where you’ll see a green checkmark next to “Confirmation” and the name of the command you selected underneath. Now, whenever Ray sends a channel number to your cable box or satellite receiver, immediately after the digits it will also send this command you specified.
