If you have noticed that there are buttons on your virtual remote that are not working properly or at all, try these troubleshooting steps:
1. Check for an Update
Your specific issue may have already been addressed by the Ray team with an update to the infrared code set you're using. Follow the steps in How to check if the IR code set I'm using has an update.
2. Manually Fix a Button
If the update did not correct the issue, you can manually fix the buttons that are not working. Learn more in How to fix a button on my virtual remote.
3. Change IR Code Set
If most of the buttons on the virtual remote are not working, it could be that the incorrect infrared code set was assigned to your device. Follow the steps in How to change the IR code set assigned to my device.
