How to Change my TV Provider

If you change your TV Provider or are noticing that Ray frequently changes to the wrong channel, follow these steps to check and change the TV Provider that is selected:

1. On Ray’s home screen, tap the Settings icon

2. Tap on "TV Provider"

3. Make sure that the information in the "Your TV Provider" section is correct. Tap on the "TV Provider" menu to see other options.

4. This is the list of available TV provider's in the zip code area that was shown on the previous screen. Scroll through the list to make sure the correct provider is selected. 

If you have access to local channels, make sure to select the local TV provider instead of the national TV provider. Learn more in:
