I don't see my TV provider on the list

The Ray remote is compatible with the majority of cable and satellite TV providers across the U.S. See our full compatibility list. During setup, if you can't find your TV service provider in Ray's list, there are a couple things to try:

  • Are you sure you entered your ZIP code correctly? To double-check, tap the "Back" button to return to the previous screen.
  • Is it possible you're not recognizing your provider because you know it by a different name (say an abbreviation)? Try checking your bill or online account to see if there are variations on the provider name that you're not familiar with.
