Selecting Your TV Services

Ray needs to know a little bit about your TV service provider (cable or satellite) and any additional services you subscribe to so Ray can display the most accurate program and channel lineup for you. You can update all these details at any time in Ray's Settings.

1. Enter your home ZIP code and tap the "Find my TV provider" button

2. The list is a display of potential providers in your area. Tap the name of your cable or satellite provider (swipe up and down to see the full list).

If you rather watch over-the-air antenna TV, tap "I use an antenna" and skip to step 8.

If you don't use any TV service, tap "I don't use a TV service" and skip to step 10.

3. Tap "Yes" or "No" to let Ray know whether you have DVR as part of your cable or satellite service.

4. Tap "Yes" or "No" to let Ray know whether you have any premium movie channels, i.e. those big-named networks that you pay extra for—for example HBO, Showtime and Cinemax.
5. If you said "Yes" to premium move channels, select the ones in the following screen. Tap "Continue" to move on.
6. Tap "Yes" or "No" to let Ray know whether you have any premium sports channels, i.e. any specialized sports channels that air a variety of live games and other sports coverage not available through standard television.
7. If you said "Yes" to premium sports channels, select the package(s) you get in the next screen. Tap "Continue" to move on.
8. Tap "Yes" or "No" to let Ray know whether you have any premium international channels, i.e. foreign channels that you pay extra for.
9. If you said "Yes" to premium international channels screen, select the relevant geographic regions and then the languages of any international channels you have. Tap "Continue" to move on.

10. Ray will ask you to select categories of the types of programs you're interested in watching—pick at least one to continue (you can change these interests later in Ray as often as you'd like).

Tap that last "Continue" button and voila: Ray's ready to set up your devices.
