If you have noticed that your channels are not showing up in the TV app as recommendations, try the solutions below:
Check and change your TV Provider
If you don't recognize the channels that are being displayed in Ray's apps, there is a chance that the wrong TV provider was selected during setup. Learn more in How to Change My TV Provider.
Adjust which channels Ray recommends
If you notice there are channels missing from Ray's recommendations or search results, they may have been set to hide which you can adjust in Settings. Learn more in How to Hide (and Unhide) Channels.
Missing Premium Channels
If you pay for premium channels and are noticing that they are not showing up in the TV app, you can make sure that Ray knows you have them. Learn more in How to Add Premium Channels to my Lineup and Ray's Recommendations.
