What if I never received a confirmation email and/or tracking number?

If you don't receive an email, first try checking your spam or junk folder for an email from help@ray.co. If you find your confirmation in your spam or junk folder, you can add us to your safe senders or contact list to ensure emails from Ray aren't mistakenly considered spam in the future.

If the email is not in your spam folder, please contact us so we can resolve this.
